The 2012 Armstrong Siddeley German Tourwill take place in the Munsterland Region in the Central Uplands between Thursday June 28th and Sunday July 1st.

In the 2012 tour we will go beyond the German Central Uplands in the Munsterland. Until now, I didn't know that there are mountains in the North (of Germany) but they call it so. Most of the Munsterland is about 50 to 60m above sea level, but Oelde is alpine at 98m and in the Beckum mountains is the Mackenberg (Mount Macken) which is 173m.

At the foothills of the Beckum Mountains two kilometers or so from Oelde is Gut (Grange) Meier Gresshoff. The grange is still farmed (agriculture and animal husbandry) and former outhouses and stables were converted to guest and function rooms in recent years.

We have pre-reserved a number of rooms in Gut Meier Gressfoff for our group. The price for a double room is between EUR 73.50 and EUR 87.00 per night including breakfast - the price dependant on the room category. Single rooms and special requirements can be met on demand. Everyone books the accommodation at their own expense. There are no fees for the Rally itself. Additional costs will occur if you plan to visit some of the offered places of interest or if you wish to attend special events. The Tour Programme is still in progress but we will be visiting a small fine sports car factory on Friday afternoon.
