WELCOME!

The Armstrong Siddeley Car Club in Australia was formed in 1960 by a group of Sydney enthusiasts. There are now Branches in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.

The main objectives of the Club are to assist with the restoration and preservation of Armstrong Siddeley motor vehicles, to create and foster an association of persons who are interested in the marque and to provide club members with information, advice and assistance. The Club maintains History Sheets of all known Armstrong Siddeleys on a worldwide basis.

The Club's Bi-monthly Journal "The Southern Sphinx" provides effective communication amongst club members with particular emphasis on technical and spare parts issues. Members also have access to our Club Shop.

A National Rally and Concours is held annually and is attended by owners and their cars from all States. Many members pride themselves on the reliability and practicality of their cars and drive them to the Rally, often over distances of more than 2000km. The presentation of Concours and Club trophies is made at the conclusion of every National Rally. The 2014 Rally will be hosted by the New South Wales Branch and will take place in early May at Maitland in the Hunter Valley.

Racing, Rallying and long distance touring are just some of the adventures that Armstrong Siddeley vehicles have participated in during the peak of the marque's life. The later postwar models are readily adaptable to today's road conditions and make fine regular transport.
